1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless required by applicable law)

3. Print-on-Demand Products

Many Professors Clothing products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Preference changes after purchase

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Process

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival
  • The item was defective
  • We sent the wrong item

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

If you need a replacement for an approved issue, please contact us with your order details.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

Once production starts, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
