Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that during product launches, sales periods, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Professors is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If you require assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Professors is not responsible for stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

 

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Items marked as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order may require additional production time before shipment.

Estimated dispatch dates will be displayed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Professors ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Order Products
Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock and are produced or sourced after an order is placed. Estimated shipping dates are provided for guidance only and are subject to change.

 2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed. Your order will not be secured until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Estimated Delivery Dates
Any delivery or shipping dates displayed on our website are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain issues, customs procedures, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations
Pre-order purchases may not be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has commenced. If you wish to request a cancellation before production begins, please contact us at support@professorsbrand.com. Approval of such requests is at our sole discretion.

5. Split Shipments
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we reserve the right to ship items separately or hold the entire order until all products are available for shipment.

6. Product Variations
Due to the nature of garment production, minor differences in colour, fabric texture, embroidery placement, print placement, measurements, or packaging may occur between product images and the final delivered product. Such variations do not constitute defects.

7. Delays
Professors shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from delays in production or delivery of pre-order items.

8. Refunds
Refunds for pre-order products will only be provided where required under applicable consumer protection laws. Once a pre-order item has been delivered, our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply.

9. Limited Production Runs
Many pre-order products are produced in limited quantities. Placing a pre-order reserves your item but does not guarantee future availability once the pre-order period ends.
